inner wheelwell panel

I need to replace a panel on the inside of the driver's rear wheelwell. The panel is rusted through. It appears to have been inserted and welded into the wheel well at the factory. I've attached an outside and inside view of the panel, this is my first attempt to attach photos on the site, so, if it doesn't attach please bare with me. I would like to find a aftermarket replacement that I could either weld or rivet in. Any ideas?

Thats not where they usually rust out. Down lower near the floor is where they usually rust. You should be able to find good replacement sheetmetal for that from a donor car.
