info on my parts car
Alright, i've been talking to the guy I'm buying the car off of.
It's an '83 GSL, 110k miles, the body is really screwed up since he got in a front end collision. But, the engine and all the other stuff works fine (which is why I want the car).
Although, he told me that the car just ate up gas like popcorn. 1 quart every 2 weeks. No leaks though. How can I fix that?
I really wanted to get my '84 12a rebuilt and ported, but it's my only car, so now I can rip out the 12a from this '83 and get that rebuilt and ported, then put it in my '84 some weekend. WoohoO!
Also my rear diff. is whacked, it whines like an RC car...
Anyone know a fix for that?

300 miles into my trip down here to ky my rear started whineing
it means you probably blew out your front seal and are really low on rear end fluid,
chances are its garbage,but since your doner was hit in the front you could swap em.
