I suggest you do less asking and more reading. Most everything you've asked, besides the irs, has been covered in the last 2 weeks. Next I suppose you'll want us to hold your hand during the install.

lsd switch from a gsl is not that hard. pretty sure the hardest thing is sourcing a decent one

zcar flares work with very minor modification, but you'll have to roll the existing fender to do it properly.

and i think its a 302 but it doesn't really mater ether way, its a dam good read its very well done and it really shows how involved a IRS suspension setup into a sa-fb rx7 really is

Yep, that's the one, thanks for digging it out. When I got up this morning I realised it was 302 before I opened this thread. Back in the 70s, every manufacturer had a 30X cu in engine, 302, 305, 307.
