zcar flares work with very minor modification, but you'll have to roll the existing fender to do it properly.

I don't remeber his full user name but it has 305 in it if that helps at all. He has a long thread on his build, quite interesting. And yes, it does have a 305 engine.

and i think its a 302 but it doesn't really mater ether way, its a dam good read its very well done and it really shows how involved a IRS suspension setup into a sa-fb rx7 really is

 

Yep, that's the one, thanks for digging it out. When I got up this morning I realised it was 302 before I opened this thread. Back in the 70s, every manufacturer had a 30X cu in engine, 302, 305, 307.
