Smile Impression on RB spring and Tokico HP shocks

Recently, I got a great deal on a set of new RB springs and a set of almost new Tokico HP shocks from another forum member. I decided to install the rear springs and shocks myself and have a mechanic install the front springs and shocks.
The rear springs and shocks were relatively easy to install. The trick was to use the jack to adjust the rear up and down so that you can dislodge the old springs. I had to disconnect the rear sway bar and the watt links at the axel. The shocks were a slam dunk. One interesting note on the old rear shocks was that they were made by Tokico.
I had the mechanic installed the front struts and springs. I did not want to mess with the spring compressor. I like my fingers. I guess it was worth $150.00
The ride with the new springs and shocks is definitely a lot firmer that before. I tried some hard cornering and I was impressed with how tight the car feels.
I am pleased with the modification. I am getting a Suspension Technique adjustable sway bar tomorrow. I will give a review on it after I install and test drive it.
Thanks to all who responded to my questions on the springs and shocks installation. This board rocks!!!!!!
