The Holley blue seems to be popular. It also comes with a regulator.

personal preference. i've got a red i think it has a 7lbs rating while the blue has a 12lbs. i could be wrong, but regardless you'll need a regulator. i don't know what the cost difference b/t the 2 is, but i kinda like the idea of the 7lbs so not to put too much stress on the pump when backin up from the regulator. also, before the regulator i am using a fuel filter from (i don't know) that has a provision for a return line. inside it has a small oriface to relieve pressure from the pump and go back to the tank. i got it from auto zone and the part number is a deutsch FF421
