ignitor question

well i just found out that my ignitor is bad, now my question is, is it bad to drive around with only one rotor firing? how much harm can come from the engine? a quick response would be good since i am at work and i have my 7 here. i wouldnt want to drive home if my cars gonna mess up, thanks

you'd actually be running on both rotors but one plug... I will run hard but you should be fine

Just make sure you're running off the leading and not the trailing ignition- the car runs better. All you have to do is swap the good ignitor to the leading position on the disty if your leading is out.

My car actually ran off just the trailing, but it runs really bad. Get it fixed as soon as possible because you'll be spitting out a lot of unburned fuel=bad for the cat.

Get a used ignitor off someone, parts stores want $200+ for em!

its running off the leading i didnt really notice but i knew something was wrong becouse she didnt have the power she normally does, thanks for the heads up
