Arrow ignition problem

Can somewhone help my,i have rebuld my car,but the ignition timing,is not correct,and it want start.

okay, do you have gas in it, is the battery charged, did you put the key in? Sorry, but a little more information would help. I know there is a method with the timing light used with the two markings on the main pulley to advance and retard the timing. If you have a Haynes Manual it explains it as well.....Does the engine seem to be flooding at all??? How do you know for sure that the timing is off?

my engine is running ,,,Whith a little help from a friend and some start up spray. the problem was: there was not enough gasoline that came out off the carb
