Ok, well my cars been broken into twice recently and I have to keep replacing the ignition barrel. I can do this but its really difficult to tighten the screws because the dash gets in the way. Is there any trick to getting these on easier? Or do I have to take the dash apart?

 

Drop the steering column down by loosening the mounting bolts. This is give you alot more room to work with.
