I'm about to install some replacment igniters on my -se. I realized that the Haynes manual doesn't cover the placement of each igniter, with regard to leading and trailing... and how to distingiush which is which.

Any help?

 

Leading igniter faces the radiator, trailing faces the alternator. I think that's right. The coil positions are the ones that are backwards, with trailing forward of leading.

They are both the same. so they can be interchanged.
