I should mention that my car is an '85 GSL. the part I'm talking about is: Mazda OEM Condensor
1979-80 Rotary applications (Mazda PN 1757-24-334) (all) and can be seen on racing beats site. I didn't find the part in the FSM for the '85 year but my car sure has one. the wire coming out of the condensor has fallen off I don't even remember where it was plugged into.

what problems will this cause and should I get the replacement mentioned above?

thanks.

p.s. racing beat part # 11625

p.p.s I searched, It is the one on the rear of the keg near the trans. my Oil pressure gauge has been reading high. Is this the possible cause.

yes. the condensor you're looking at is for the points ignition though, 0820-66-992 is the number you're looking for, however i think its NLA?
