Idle problems again!!!

Idle problems again!!!
I cant get my 12a to idle steady at a fixed speed.. when I set it to where I want, it slows down for a few seconds then speeds up to normal every 5 seconds or so..
I checked for vacuum leaks, and anything that looked wrong, but it all LOOKS fine... ????
