I want new carpet!

Ok, the carpet in my rear hatch sucks and I want new stuff...

Has anyone ordered a carpet set from Victoria British before? I have the elusive Red (maroon) interior (and would have it no other way) and want to know how close the colors match the stock carpet.

If it matches well I'll probably just do the rear, otherwise I'm gonna have to do all of it....

anyone have the rear chunk is GOOD shape they might want to sell? (and I mean good shape )

Another option for you is carpet from www.1aautomotive.com . They've been auctioning it on eBay lately. Here is one: Carpet Set I have had good dealings with these folks but not their carpet. Hope this helps ya.

The VB carpet looks like a bright red.

It wont be an exact match to the maroon in your car.

They sell just the mat that lays on top of your carpet....just a shaped piece.....that for whatever cheaply made reason, will never lay 100% flat. It will always have a ripple or 2 in part of it.

Why not just go to an upholstery supply store, match up the color, and do it yourself? The back carpet isn't molded or anything, it would be pretty easy to use the old piece as a pattern and you could have the edges serged for durability and a nice appearance. Just a thought. -WG

I gues sI could go to an upolstry shop... but that seems like a bigger hassle, and I'm lazy

My interior is black and yellow, so I purchased a black carpet. I guess companies really can't screw up the color matching of black.
