what the hell are actuators - how can they restrict power... and is injector cleaner the best way to shine up the injectors? Also, do mazda dealers have the knowhow to do a tuneup on the EFI gsl-se 13B? After I get a header and exhaust done up, I want it to idle better, and run nicer.... thanks

-think V-TEC, exact same thing (well, almost)

injector cleaner the best way to shine up the injectors
-no, some garage can do some real cleaning job to them, blueprint , etc

mazda dealers have the knowhow to do a tuneup on the EFI gsl-se 13B
-highly doubt it, but since it's a standard EFI, they may change stuff like sparkplug, wires, coils, blabla

After I get a header and exhaust done up, I want it to idle better, and run nicer
-Dual Leading Ignitor Direct Fire Ignition System
