Unhappy I think I'm going to sell it.......need advise

I'm considering selling my 1st gen, but I'm not sure if I should part it out, sell the engine and body seperate or put the engine in and sell the whole thing. Its an 84' GSL with a descent body(Seriously needs paint though)and a little body work here and there. But I just don't know. The Engine is the best part: 12A Exhaust ports ported, all new seals, 3rd gen corner seal springs, Racing Beat header and intake manifold (Ported), Holley 650 Double pumper, Holley Blue fuel pump, Holley regulator, 3/8 Fuel lines. I don't know what to do!

Put the engine in, drive it around, then decide.

or sell the body and find a better home for the engine. sounds nice so i wouldn't trash the whole idea.

Well, I don't really want to sell it but there are too many cars in the driveway and this has been a project of mine since 99'. I'm now really close to finishing most of it but now I'm thinking to sell her in order to get my 3rd gen running and maybe spend some money on doing a TII conversion on my 87'. I just have too many projects going at the same time.
