i think i found gold!

i found an older rx 7 ( excuse me, im a newbie) in a junk yard that is completely rusted, but....
all of the glass is perfect and the interior ,minus the carpet, is great. He claims that it should still run with a little help, new batt, and some coaxing! all of the mechanical is in good shape. Is 200 a good price for the whole car if i runs, is it still worth it if it doesn't?

How completely rusted? Pics? Southern cars shouldn't rust too bad.

Hell, I'd take it, even as just a parts/project car.

but yeah, try and negotiate him down, come back in a few days and tell him for 100 you'll take it off his hands and give him the space back... negotiate to 150 if you have to. Take it home, and see what you've got... If *anything*'s good on that, you can sell on the forum to make at least part of that back. You never know.. If you're willing to put time and effort in, you could even use it to learn and rebuild... don't wanna rebuild the nikki on your good car? take the parts car one, rebuild it, and if it works, use it, otherwise you're still safe

Same applies to anything else.
