Well I picked up my 3rd Rx7. (First 2 RIP from old people accidents)

I have a few of the parts for my 12at setup(boost prepped carb, intake, carb hat, turbo) and am about to buy the rest.

I got this 85 gsl for 300 with a blown motor

 

Good find, even with the blown motor. It is even better that you have all those parts for the 12a turbo setup you had. Whats up with the sticker on the hatch though? What is it?

Oh you mean all of his Performance Stickers. I think he gained 20hp from that Addidas sticker on the back window alone. There better than NOS......lol

I feel you. I picked up my 84 GSL (3rd 7) with a blown motor for $250 3 years ago. My base model 85 was totaled in which I just put a reman engine from Atkins 6 months earlier. I bought the 84 and did the transplant.

 

It does look like an Adidas sticker, but who puts an adidas sticker on a car?

nice car! the rims and body is all you need for a race car. 3000dollars for a frame and sheetmetal for a racecar/ bleh!

 

It has SA wheels on it... actually looks good on the FB.

Yeah, it's mildly riced out. With Japanese symbols on the seat covers, steering wheel cover, and license plate cover. And the same stickers on both side windows of the hatch. And a nice addiddas sticker. But it did come with a glass sunroof

 

congrats on a good find. theres a really good deal on a streetported 12a with 12a turbo rotors in the for sale section
