I have an 85 GSL and it has a 12A , it has factory everything and im wanting to add alittle more power to the wheels, i put a K&N filter on it and bought some high flow catco converter's. The converter's i have not put on yet but suggestion , should i only put 1 converter instead of the two i bought ? well it comes with 3 from factory but these summit converter's replace's that , i still have the emissions on it. How much horse's could i gain by extracting all that **** and is it easy?

 

just that of the weight reduction and less drag on the pulleys . no more than about 5 hp increase. Try getting a header and maybe direct fire ignition.

also , try do a search for mods , upgrade , etc youll find a lot more that have already been posted
