i have a few questions i got it all hooked up and started i just cant figure out how to hook up throttle i have the bracket from racing beat

is the bracket on? if so just undo one of the bolts on the throttle cable, slide it down a bit so you can fit it onto the notch in the bracket, tighten it and run the end of the cable to the carb linkage.
