After installing my new wiring harness in my 79 everything works like normal except for 2 things. Hvac no wormy and the lighting does not come on automatically when the car is running.

What relay if any controls the hvac? Is there a ground strap somewhere i missed? Only one I saw was behind the glove box and controls the glove box light correct? The stop/horn fuse blow as soon as you turn the key. Could it have something to do
with that little connecter behind the dash pocket
not being plugged in? I though it was just for the radio.
