You would need to either modify that atkins intake or make a new one to mount the moto carbs. You may need bigger carbs than you mentioned. I would guess at least 45 or 48 in size. That DCOE on there is a two barrel 45mm carb.

Ok I ChatGPT it and it said that 30mm would be the biggest I could go and that 28 would be the best witch I can understand ive owned go karts before but we run 22mm on 200cc engines and this would be more like a 550 or 600 cc displacement also can the carbs keep up this this high rpm

I have a kei van with a 3 cyl 660cc displacement and run a Nibbi PWK 34 slide carb on it and it's just right. ChatGP is full of it. Stop relying on AI for this, it will only mess you up.

The 12A is 1146cc (70ci),

One suggestion is to get it running with what it has before modifying things more. You might find out you like it.

t_g_farrell was not being rude, just being straight up. Chat GPT is great for some things but not everything. You are doing the right thing by posting here and asking questions. There are many people here that have many many years of experience with these cars. We will do our best to help you and guide you on the right path.

When is the last time the car ran? It looks as though its been sitting for some time and the fact that the thermostat and housing cover are removed is not a great sign.

From what I’ve been told it was dropped off at a storage yard then the owner moved out but left the title no key and this got sold of to the guy I’m buying it from and I’m the owner the trunk if full of parts for this car (I’ve confirmed) and apparently was just off a rebuild that why the engine bay is still pretty clean I just wanted to figure out what size carb to run for this this a pwk carb I’m planing on running dual 34mm pwk carbs
