How to remove body panel?

How do I remove that body panel between the windshield and hood? The one with the vents where the windshield wipers are. And how do I remove those also?

pull up the caps on the wiper arms, unscrew the nut and they just pull off.
look under the rubber hood seal and youll see 4 big headed screws. remove those and it comes out

Have you even looked? thers like 4 screws holding the cowl on. 1 nut on each wiper arm. I think that is it. Just go out and look at it and do it.

there are screws that run along the weather striping where the hood and body panel would connect. To remover the washers you have to use pliers after you get it off to squeeze 2 sides so you can pop them out.
damn you guys beat me to it.

Yea I should of looked closer. Its real easy to pull off. The main problem was I didnt even notice that the windshield wipers had a cap on them with a nut underneath them
