How much torque does the flywheel need?

Quick question, Im installing my lightweight flywheel and i can't find my manual, Do any of you guys happen to know how much I should torque it down?

Also my Pressure plate has some heat spots (discolored), Is that somthing i should really worry about? The clutch is still good.

No big deal on the presure plate, if the disk is shinny
or glazed looking and discoloured, then worry. the torque spec's for flywheel :... i'm unclear if the lbs. are for all flywheels, ie, steel / alloy . 289 - 362 lbs.
clutch cover 13 - 20 lbs.

The setting is 289-362 ft/lb
or 400-500nm.
