Ok if I am reading this correctly than the motor is a stock port right??

With a stock port I am going to make a very uneducated guess @ Maybe 175HP
Streetport @ about @240....

Rear wheels, stock port, 130-140hp if the engine is in good shape.

How can you have an S4 intake and a "custom intake"?

Im confused..I think you guys are thinking he has a 12a. he does have a 13b in the car since it says 88 engine block and 84 gsl se. If im not mistaken the 13b original was 135 hp stock. With the mods you have, I would guess you have about that to the rear wheels and about 150-160 at the flywheel.

Hey when you get the dyno done post it lets see who was closest.

145rwhp? Someone explain why this engine would make anything more than slightly (5hp?) above a stock S4. With stock ports, a stock manifold and an SE ECU, only the exhaust could add anything over stock.

intake added alot, msd added a little bit, changed the power curve more than anything. pulls better at higher rpm

Did you measure a difference with the MSD? I've talked to racers who dyno tested with and without MSD direct fire and measured no difference. I have the direct fire set up on my car too, but I couldn't feel any difference. By custom intake, are you taking about a cone filter? If it's still got the SE mass air flapper, a cone filter won't make much difference as the flapper is the bottleneck in that system. How many miles on the engine?

setzep, Do you actually have the 13b-re installed? How much power does your car make? That must be quite a ride.

I'd say that 150 at the flywheel is the magic number here.

i guess i'll tae a pic of my engine bay for you guys to show my intake setup. i'm not saying there was a gain nessecarily i'm just saying it pulls more at higher rpm than it used to. so it might have just modiffied teh power curves

the dyno got put off due to the fact that my tires are bald and have been on there for a good 60-70k. i havn't had the car that long but the previous owner told me how long ago everything was done. so i'm shopping for a good set of tires. but need not worry, i will post my dyno sheet
