How much electrical have you removed?

Hey guys,
Im curious as to how much electrical stuff you guys are running. Right now im only using 2 sensors, oil pressure and coolant temp. I am kinda wondering if you guys think I should run anymore sensors then that?

I am running with no emissions at all, removed cold start assist, removed hot start assist, removed choke, no a/c, or air pump, removed headlight sprayer resivoir. Pretty much if you don't really need it ive removed it. The engine bay looks far cleaner then before with the weber 45 and header clearly in sight. I am even considering rerunning some of the wiring across the whole engine bay discretely to the drivers side with the loom over to the oil pressure sensor and the coolant sensor. What do you guys think of doing that? What guage of wire should I be using?

Anyways the only wires I have going across to the engine (on the passenger side) is the alternator wires (2 of them), one that attaches to the waterpump housing, and the 2 sensors...

Whenever I am relooming I get kinda edgy because it seems like I am removing so much electrical. Any suggestions or tips you guys have is as always appreciated.

Thanks

whatta you need wires for? hehe. i have my engine harness in now but really its of no use. just splice into your sensor wires and run some wires from the coolant/oil pressure, etc to the harness under the passenger side dash.

Engine harness has been reduced to 4 wires: oil pressure, water temp and alternator.

Ok, this is kinda a relief to know because thats all I have, when I cut about 20 wires down to the harness I was kinda scared lol... Now I have to think if I really want to rewire the alt and sensors all the way across to the drivers side to clean it up... probally not worth it though...

You can make it look really good if you do. I cut all of mine down and the rewraped it with tape. I have a new harnes ready, just got to put it in. I will have the new wiring runnig Oil Temp, oil pressure, and Water temp. Plus lines for fog lights and power for the radio and amps.
