I shortened it. I've sold several, everyone's been happy. Of course the shifter is lower and you give up the stock look if that's important to you.
$30 or dyi vs. $200, not that it's superior, but...

It all depends on price man. On here most people wont say yes or no i wont buy something until they know a price. This is mainly because half of us are barely getting by. People dont wanna say yea ill buy one, then when you throw down a price of 200 dollars be like oh crap to much for me, sorry, then ur screwed with 15 short throw shifters. If you can get a price more people iwll become interested

Yeah for me to be interested in one, it has to be around $100, but I can't say I want one now, I need to know how it holds up for a year or more before I will commit to buying one.

Do you just chop the top off? Or Do you change the fulcrum point?
