You can change the pedal height with some bolts.

The question I have is howmuch can you adjust? 1 inch...2 inches or even more? Or less that maybe 0,5 inch?

I don't want to try and change the pedal height and then turning it too much so something might break.

 

Thats not for height, those are stop bolts. DOnt mess with them unless you know what your doing. Overtraveling the pedals can break stuff.
