How DO you get your hands on SSR wheels

www.wheelspecs.com said the type C (competition) are made in 4x110 if you get the 14 inch size. The SSR site is all in Japanese so looking on their is not a big help, i know SSR wheels have been a topic fairly often but i want these rims and i want to know who i can go through to get them maybe directly from Japan. Might not be worth the shipping charges but i still want to try. Thank everyone God bles
