How to do TII Brake Upgrade and stay 4 lug

Looking to do the TII brake upgrade. However, I want to stay with the 4 lugs on my GSL-SE both to save money on not buying all new wheels and because it costs about $1000 to do the full upgrade including Re-speed brake parts, axles, SS lines, and all of the TII parts.

Since I already have calipers, I'm looking to just upgrade the front rotors and calipers which should run me a couple hundred and I get to keep my wheels (and simply swap my 8" wides to the front and buy some 9" for the rear with my WB.)

I have seen some people with the turbo calipers and four lugs, but a search did not bring up anything. Any help? Would I have to make custom brackets and get rotor's drilled? Thanks!

Well, in my case it is 4x114.3 so it may be a little different as the Re-speed kit requires the GSL-SE shocks with some FC parts such as the hub, brake disks, calipers, and pads.

Wanna keep these Revolutions too:

ask billy, but i think you have to use front fc 4 lug hubs and redrill the 5lug rotors.. the rears are basically same thing but you ask for 4 lug moser axles (might be able to use stock?) not 5... again billy would help you with that

The FC 4 lug rotors are not the correct thickness and diameter to use with the TurboII calipers. You can use our kit with your stock 4 lug SE axles and a pair of FC 4 lug Aluminum hubs by re-drilling the 5 lug rotors to 4 lug.

We have a jig to do this but just about any machine shop could handle it. The best way we have found it to pick up on one of the existing 5 lug holes and add 3 new ones.

You also need a simple 1/16" spacer to go behind the rotor due to the fact the 4 lug hub is a tiny bit different than the 5 lug.

So, with a GSL-SE, do I still need the FC four lug hubs? Is there any way just to use mine?

We do have a front kit that is 4.5" and 4x110mm" dual pattern. It is called the Mark II kit. It runs around the $425 range so we only build them by group buys.

Your hubs and rotors are one piece. In order to use the TII size rotors you will need separate hubs.

There are custom setups that would keep 4x110 or 4x4.5 without new hubs. They involve taking a stock front rotor/hub combo and cutting the rotor off leaving you the hub. Then you have rotor hats built to hold the desired rotor and drill them what ever pattern your hubs are. Really not a cheap solution since custom rotor hats can be $100 each.

Can you sell this spacer with the kit?
