If you are sure is the fuel gauge and not the sending unit.. You will net to buy a instrument cluster at a yunk yard and switch the fuel gauge... to your cluster or just switch the speedo from yours to the one you get.. either way you will most likely not find a fuel gauge by itself, unless you put an aftermarket...

I didnt think you could just replace just gauge but someone on here said that they have done so? Anyways has anyone tired to use our sending units with an autometer gauge?

Yes, they are replaceable. I have doubts about the aftermarket guages because of the way the sending unit sends the signal. If you look at the Autometer web site, you will see that each of the big 3 reqiure a different guage for thier sending unit.

I don't know if they have a 'package' with a gauge and sending unit that will work in our tanks. If they do, then the speedo would be the only guage that might prevent a fully custom guage package change over.
