Housings

I just took my motor apart and i want to use my old housing in the rebuild but the reson im rebuilding it, is that i found water in the housings. how do i know or check if the cause of the leak was a water seal or a bad housing?

Specs and tests are in the FSM. I also suggest getting on of the rebuild videos.

Make sure the coolant seal grooves are sound and check the coolant ways in the houlings for corrosion and cracks around the plug holes.

FSM link is in sig line.
