Hot start problem

I have had a hot start problem on my stock EFI setup ever since I rebuilt my engine a little over a year ago. She starts right up if she is cold but if I try to restart it while at running temp it just cranks.

I went through the shop manual and checked everything that it said to. Everything checked out according to the manual.

I added a fuel pump switch which helped it also made it so I know that I haven't flooded the motor when I turn it off.

Any ideas??
