HIGHLY recomend upgrading to 2nd gen fuses, $2.99 ea

All of the problems with my gsl se dissapeared after i replaced the stock fuisible link with the 2nd gen fuse for the F.I. Fuse. Cleaning the injectors, changing the spark plugs, error code checks, checking and cleaning grounds, mmo, TPS adjustments, and everything on http://www.nellump.net/peri/epi/firs...gslseIdle.html. did not solve my problem of it runing horrible, dying with electrical load, running absolutely horrible, and eliminated the amazingly horrible 3800 rpm stumble/miss/studder/missfire hell. I got a multimeter and checked the voltage drops and it was like 2 volts and 2.5 around the FI and negative battery cable. There was also high resistance across these points, which would eventually heat up and resist even more according to ohms law and when it was run for a little bit would further have less voltage. After replacing the main FI fusible link with a 30 amp buss that costs $2.99, it started right up, and ran perfect, no misses. no 3800 hesitation, no unburned fuel rolling out the exhaust, more power, lights brighter, etc. It cost me $15 to replace the 5 fusible links with 2nd gen ones. Now there is a 6 volt drop (for a 12 volt system) across all points. When you have electical FI problems, and you havent upgraded, do so and then see if that doesnt fix your problems. And if it doesnt, at least youll have teh correct amount of electicity running to your stuff.

cool
