Hi all,
last night i was driving my 83 GSl when suddenly it was running like 2500-3000 RPM. I pulled over and then i saw some smoke coming from some where from the lower section of my engine. I let it cool down tried to keep on driving but still had high rpm and the smoke came again.
It was not far from my place so i left the car and walked home, today I checked the choke and the magnet, looks good, disconnected the warm start relay, took off the air filter and looked at the carb, looked good everything opened.
checked the oil level-full, so I think it's probably a vacum pipe that is keeping my RPM high and that the smoke is coming from this pipe too. it's tvery thin smoke looks like steam but it isn't.
any ideas where to look ???
