i didn't know you could "import techs" to build a car. he should say that 37 of his buddies from another country zipped into the country without the proper credentials and escaped to new york and built an engine for the guy who was harbouring them....

I might be going to New York on business... I'm tempted to call the guy and test drive it just to try to "rev the engine past 10,000 rpm" and watch it explode... lol
