Question HELP!!! Who sells a rear end for my first gen?

I have a 81 RX-7 that is getting built to run 9's with a SBC.

I need a rear end, who sells one besides Granny's?

Thanks

if you're running 9's, you won't want a stock rear end It'll blow up on the first 9000RPM launch. Get a ford rear end of some type. It's a bit of a mod, but you'll save yourself a lot of cash in the long run.

Hell no, 9's in the 1/4 is like 600 hp...

You choice will include do you want a 4 lug, a 5 lug?

any v8 mustang up till 94 will be a 4 lug 8.8 rear, but I doubt they will hold 600 hp.. You might wanna ask on a v8 forum.

Granny's has raised the price on the bolt in 9" from $550 to $750. For $750 and the cost to ship a 9" you should have no problem having a local driveline shop set you up with a 9" ready to go.
