Help Very Weird Electrical Problem

I was driving down the street and my battery cable got unplugged because the battery jostled to the engine bay. Anyway i plugged the battery back in and now the headlights don't go down when i turn them off but the lights work going on and off, AND the gauge lights and stereo lights don't Work but the gauges and the stereo works im very confused cause nothing looks like its unplugged.

The headlights is from the fuseable link. I believe it's the lower one. It's the one labled "retractor". If that doesn't also fix the other lights, look for a fuse labled "meter back" in the fuse block.
Good luck

Alright thanks guys so much, i found the problem. It frayed a wire which in turn blew the fuse. I replaced both and now everything seems to be working rather nicely
