Called tokico about it and they are aware of the problem of fitment with 84-85 rexs and are trying to correct it. Anyway, I'm returning it back to them. Even though it was a great deal for the springs but unfortuately I've wasted more time and money overall. Good luck to whoever bought their tokicos.
Good to know..

NOTE TO SELF...

Forget the Tokico Springs, Get the Eibachs.

The Tokico's are discontinued anyway so most will need to look at other brands.

RX7forever, if you bought these on Tokico's clear out ($75 ??), you may want to offer them to the guys running '83 and older - I have them on my '83 and they fit good. This way you could at least get your money and freight back and you could add on a few bucks (and make someone else happy) - I've seen these springs sell used for up to $150. If the problem is only on 84/85 models, why return them to Tokico??

Wow, I havn't had any problems whatsoever with my set. I love them to be quite honest, and I've got plenty of room. Sorry you had problems, I hope you have more luck with the eibachs
