I got today 1987 rx7 that got hit on the left door but still runs ok . i want to take engine and trans out . an put it in my 84 gsl how hard is it to do and will it work?
?? i have ecu all the stuff off the 87 . by the way i have
to have done by 4/15/04 so can take it to Indy 4-30-04

should be a piece of cake.

put your front cover and oil pan on the 13b engine.

Wiring might be a pain in the *** though. Do a search real quick. I'm sure there's tons of threads on this already.

I'm pretty sure you need the front cover and the oil pan off of a GSL-SE
