Help Please . Ground Wire Q`s

I..have a pair of cobra eye`s . Yes I know not everyone likes them.. But One is not working. I followed the Wires back and found, what I think is the ground wire not attached to anything. From the photos, Can I attach wire to nut in photo?

If yes, If I loosen bolt to place wire under it will it tighten back up? or do I need to go behind panel and hold a bolt from the back side.

Thanks is advance for any help

yes, that nut will tighten back up. As for the wire, you should get a electrical terminal on there before doing that. Did you install them your self? or who did the work, they should really all have been on electrical connectors. Go to the radio shack and show them what you have. Also, just to make sure it's ground, are you sure you have followed that wire correctly? does the other wire go to the switch?
