Help my friend please

83 GSL ran fine.. started sounded like crap and losing power. Possibly ran past redline???? Still starts fine(unlike my 7) but has almost no power. No cats in exhaust and has been that way for a while.

Please help!

That's what I thought too. I have a bad apex seal and my car won't start. We were hoping his easy starts meant he was in the clear.

Manual tranny....said it takes like 10 seconds to get going fast enough to shift into second gear.

We'll check comp....he was like "I don't even want to know"

just real slow. I went and looked at it real quick last night. It sounds like it has a major exhaust leak near the engine. We're going to look at that tonight, before proceeding with anything else.
