Help me with my TII wiring :( Spark + Fuel = No start dry plugs

Hi all,
had some time to try and get the TII swap going and I am getting a strong spark, and there is fuel in the lines.. now here is my problem.. the plugs stay dry like the injectors are not firing at all.. but when I move the TPS I can hear a click from the injectors.. but when I turn the engine by hand (with ignition on) I dont hear the clicking from the injectors bad CAS??.. could I have screwd up some wiring somewhere along the way?

S4 engine, smog free, S4TII ecu,

Getting power to the injectors and to the coils but its like the injectors are not seeing the CAS??

Help Please

Max

are the fuel lines ran correctly? the hard line closest to the brake booster is the feed, and it goes to the the primary fuel which is the one that is bolted to the block its self. heres that might hrlp pic to help. the 1 that i added is with emmissions removal!

Checked everything and it seems good, Im thinking of maybe changing my MAF.. seeing as the Coils fire so the CAS is visible.. going to find another one somewhere.

is your fuel pump coming on line? you can take the yellow plug near where the MAF plug is and short (jump) the 2 wires in the yellow plug to see if it working.

edit: you have to do this with the key turned to on, also try and push the flapper door open on the MAF with the key on it should activate the pump

Got the pump to work and fuel in the rails stupid PD got stuck in such a way that it became out only,

Now i have a question..

My circuit opening relay crapped on me so I had to run the pump from the key..

what do I do with the Brown wire that runs to the AFM?

I put 12V to it.. but some of the wiring on the AMF started to smoke after a min or so but I got fuel on the plugs..

Dont know if to start from scratch and another S4 wiring harness.

Please help :d

you shouldnt have to wire it like that. either you can get the circuit from a second gen and get the skamatic and wire it into your cars wiring (which is what i did) just compear the 2 wiring diagrams and go that route , if you can give me a day or so i can tell you where i sodiered my wires at but i started with a GSL-SE, i might have opening circuit left over from my SE wiring. i attached a pic of a 2nd gen for the OC relay that may help you out.

ill look more at my notes and see how i wired mine up i ll be able to give you some more answers.

in the mean time whats the story with your car: year, was it fuel injection to start with or carb? and dont hook up the BR wire ti the 112v any more!

Its been a While but I got it running seems that I have mixed up the Primary and Secondary injector wiring.

Thank you 3rd and Final 7

Here are some pictures still messy and have not had a chance to work on it in almost a month so its dusty messy and sad

Started as an 82 ----> I did an S3 interior swap from an -SE almost everything is rewired to work with the new dash still working on the speedo housing.

The subframe is from a TII.
so the engine is mounted on the sides.
TII trans modified to sit as good as the original.
Custom steering rack still working out the length but works as is
Anything else just ask
