Help me identify this part

Under the dynamic chamber ( or whatever mazda calls it) is a small black plastic cylinder. Vacuum hose in one side out the other. It is hooked in with the rats nest (solenoids) and mounts with a 10 mm bolt on the top of the engine block. Looks like a filter or something like it. I broke off the little nipple on one side. Now I am trying to find a new one or figure out how important it is.

Vacuum check valve? allows air to flow only one way in those.

If there is an arrow on it pointing from ene nipple to the other then that's what it may be.

It's the "chamber" with the 2 yellow lines going to it. As best I could tell from my resto, it's main function is to act as a reservoir for vacuum/air to facilitate the changing needs of the solenoids to do their thing with the idle fluctuation.

Just glue it back together.
