This is going to be a little hard to explain. there is somthing wrong with my steering, well kind of. the car seems to be turning fine but i have some give to the steering wheel. the wheel will turn about 2 or 3 inches before turning the car but if i let the wheel go it will not move back thoughs inches. almost like it is not greased or somthing. i can also here the horn scrapping against the steering wheel like there is no space between the steering wheel and the horn button. i am very sorry the explaination is kind of well the ***** but i really hope somone may have had it happen to the and will understand what i am talking about.

 

Did you install a new steering wheel or did this just start happening? Did you hit a curb or otherwise jounce the road wheels? Kinda need to know WHY it would start doing that to run down any ideas...

 

it just started happening. very posible i hit a pot hole or somthing i live on PEI canada and the road here are the *****. no i did not instal a new steering wheel. i noticed the proble about 2 days ago
