HELP! headlights down, but lamps stay on.

HELP! headlights down, but lamps stay on.

MY headlights are down, but the lamps stay on. Both of the switches are off and I can't figure it out.

Yeah it really drains the battery down to nothing in no time flat. The lights are on but when I put the lights up, they get brighter, but dim when they are down.

Sounds like a short/ground in the fusible link area.
