HELP! Exhaust Pops...

Occasionally under heavier driving... the exhaust will pop when i let off the throttle... can anyone tell me where the problem might be?

You probably have an exhaust leak, letting in clean air which combusts with the unburnt fuel in your exhaust.

mine does that all the time in between shifts, i like to think of it as my "blow off valve." But it actually really sounds shitty
