Unhappy Help Electrical! I think

I've got an 84GS 12A I've rebuilt the engine, ported it and removed the rat’s nest.
Now I've had it working for the last 3 months.
I started the car, decided to check the oil level and turned it off.
After putting some oil in the car. I go to start it and NOTHING.
No crank, no nothing.
I do get a little drain on the battery when I try to turn it over.
I also do not get any sound from the fuel pump. (Normally it will turn on as soon as I turn the key.)
My lights work, the CD player comes on, but no crank.

So I think it's the ignition, and go and grab another one from the junkyard.
I hook it up and get the same thing. Remove the starter and it checks out fine.
The only thing that I can figure that would take out my starter and my fuel pump is the main relay. (If the fuse were gone, there'd be no drain on the battery??)

Any Ideas??

yeah, I 've tried to boost it, I've also tried the jump start it, (roll down a hill)
so I'm guessing I'm getting nothing to the plugs either.
