if u dint post whats wrong with it no1 will b able to help. it cud be a easy problem and no1 wud kno to tell ya the fix

There are few commercial mechanics out there any more who really understand any carbs; Nikki's are a bit of a specialty, though they're not all that different from other carbs.

You might try some of the local rotary-specific shops. Posting in the West forum might also get you some offers of at-home help. What part of SoCal do you hail from?

The usual flooding, and eratic ideling prob. Took to so called rotary export in San Pedro, CA. couple of years ago, and he said it needed new carb, after he tried to rebuild it. He couldn't find one after 6mos. and gave up. Have been asking around off and on ever since. I live in the Riverside, Ca. area.
