I am thinking of just replacing the engine in my 79, does anyone know a cheap spot to buy a factory rebuilt 12a? You all have been in this game longer than I have so I'm sur you know your way around. Thanks

atkins rotary sells engines at a good price with EXCELLENT customer service and support. if anything, rebuild it yourself. as long as your housings and rotors arent trashed, you should be fine.

 

nothing as far as i can tell, it was supposedly rebuilt before the carb was stolen. I just dont trust the mechanic that rebuilt it. I am waiting for the carb to see how it runs, I just like to get things in order in case. If it blows I am going to wanna replace it asap.
