Ok so I changed my Gauge cluster from Metric to imperial anyway this doesent affect what im about to ask but, when i dont have the key in the on position should my lights pop up or not when i turn them on??

my battereys charged all lights work can anyone ive some possibilitys.

they should turn on and pop up regardless if the key is in the ignition. check all your connections for corrosion, clean them up and apply dielectric grease for starters
