headlight cleaner motor?
I'm rewiring my engine bay and have a plug I can't figure out where it goes. schematic appears to say it belongs to the headlight cleaner motor. what the hell is that? More importantly, what do I lose if I get rid of the wires?
Canadian models had headlight washers, and required motors to pump the fluid into them. You're south of the border so you likely have a smooth bumper top without the rubber 'horns' that shroud the washers. Many manufacturers include wiring for certain equipment whether the vehicle was so equipped or not.
(notice the rubber bump on the top of the bumper - there's one in front of each headlight)

That was the last peice of wiring to figure out. Now all I have left is tidying up the wires and wrapping them in new loom, mounting my new ignition box, tying in my gen 2 fuseblock and running the wires from my relocated battery. I'm stoked! I might be on the road by this coming weekend!
AFAIK it wasn't an option - Canadian regulations required it, so it was built in on Canadian models. US models did not, and to the best of my knowledge it was unavailable on US spec cars. I could be mistaken though.

and as a footnote, a damn smart option, i removed mine because i didnt like how they looked, and had to replace the bumper cover anyway. im not sure how the roads are round where yall are at but round heah its wet n grimey. i get stuck behind anything throwin spray an my headlights are pretty much useless in seconds. they seem to be the perfect hight to catch everything comin off the tires in front of ya, and just warm enough to cook it all on
you'll need the dash switch, fluid tank & motor, the fluid lines, the washer spray assemblies (nozzles, rubber covers, hardware) and a new bumper cover - of course you could attempt cutting circles in your stock bumper cover...
I had to replace my nozzles after a collision, and Mazda still made 'em.

I have found it difficult to get used nozzles since they are plastic and tend to snap off easily and many cars have them missing. Black Dragon doesn't appear to have them. Both my cars that had them had broken off nozzles and it's no picnic replacing them on the bumper so I didn't. By the way, UK cars had them as well. You might want to reconsider if they are worth the hassle.
